So today i have been feeling a little but weepy, No it had nothing to do with the time of the month i was literally just set off by a dead baby bird on the side of the road this morning... Since then everything has been tragic and sob-worthy! Magazines have made me cry today, so did pictures of Marilyn Monroe... Don't know who she is?!?!
(Takes the opportunity to gush over this perfect woman) Yes I'm writing this in font size Large and in pink now you know that i take her very seriously... Marilyn is a gorge and beauty-mous lady who dared to do unheard of things, was confident in herself and dreamed big despite having many personal issues :0
Anyway in desperation to perk up i decided that i would type in quotes on tumblr and i found that it actually helped so much :)
One quote that inspired me was said by the beautiful Audrey Hepburn (again another beautiful woman) It says " happy girls are the prettiest girls." I personally thought that this said a lot about todays society, we feel the pressure to have the perfect body and hair, makeup, clothes etc... The truth is if we are happy with ourselves and our lives then surely that is the best way to be pretty!
" Life is short, so smile when you still have teeth!" This made me laugh at first but then i realised that it is completely true. the truth is, i worry about everything and sometimes it gets me worked up and i can sit and cry over hardly anything so i am going to start enjoying life and living for now. ( Note to self, don't worry... be happy!)
I could go on but this would start to get boring so i will finish by suggesting that you check out some quotes and you might be surprised at how much you need to change about your whole attitude towards life!
